1. About us

nowasite.com is run by Nowa Group Ltd ("NoWa", "we", "us", "our"). We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16608639. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place on our website, including one-off purchases and subscriptions. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions are also covered by our Subscription Terms. Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy also form part of these terms. If there is a conflict between these terms and the Subscription Terms on a subscription matter, the Subscription Terms apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the website when you place it.

3. Who can buy

You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom to place an order. We only sell to consumers buying for personal use, not for resale.

4. Our products

We describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Colours on screen and packaging may vary slightly from what you receive. Please read the product label and instructions before use.

Our products are cosmetic oral care products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have a dental or medical condition, please speak to your dentist or doctor.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown before you pay and are set out in our Shipping Policy.

We take payment when you place your order. For subscriptions, we take payment as set out in our Subscription Terms.

If we have made an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Placing an order

After you place an order, we will email you to confirm we have received it. The contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch. For example, a product may be out of stock, we may suspect fraud, or the delivery address may be outside the UK. If we cancel, we will tell you and refund you in full.

7. Delivery

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. The products become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us. You own the products once we have received full payment.

8. Your right to cancel and return

You can cancel and return unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to do this.

For hygiene reasons, you cannot return a product once its seal has been broken. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty.

9. Faulty or incorrect products

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@nowasite.com. We will put it right as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

10. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious it will happen, or if we both knew it might happen when the contract was made.

We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not supply products for business use and are not responsible for any business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, strikes or severe weather. If this happens, we will tell you as soon as we can and do what we reasonably can to reduce the delay.

12. Your use of our website

All content on our website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You must not misuse our website, for example by introducing viruses or trying to gain unauthorised access.

If you post a review, you confirm that it is your own honest opinion of a product you have used. We may remove reviews that are offensive, false or unrelated to the product.

13. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please email hello@nowasite.com. We aim to reply within 2 working days.

14. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
