How to Use

Drop it - Drop a tablet in 10ml of water (or put it straight into your mouth)

Leave it - Leave it in the water for a minute to dissolve (or chew it to break it up in your mouth).

Smoosh it - Swoosh around your mouth and in between your teeth like you normally would.
