The small starter tin has a different flavour to the family pack. I thought they'd be the same. It's not a massive deal and the family one is fine, but I preferred the starter.
I guess my main, gripe though, is the wasted space. I'm sure I read somewhere that part of the idea behind them is to remove the water and thus save space/weight in transport. I can't find this now, so maybe it never was, but even so, I think there's room for improvement here as there's a fair amount of air in both the starter and family pack tins. This is partly because they're only partly filled - 'crisp packet syndrome', though not quite that bad. But it's partly because the tablets are discs. Discs don't tessellate folks. Even if they were layered perfectly on top of each other, without gaps, in a honey-combe-esque structure, there would be at best roughly 9% wasted space. However, in the real world where the tablets don't naturally arrange themselves into a honey-combe lattice, the actual wasted space is much greater - probably closer to 20 or 30%. And so that, combined with the empty space at the top of the tin, and then the empty space between the round family pack tins - I can't help but feel it'd roughly even out to something similar to regular toothpaste. I'd love to see a thorough breakdown of this. Might I suggest square tablets in the future? Even perfect cubes. That way there's a fighting chance they tesselate better and waste less space. Same for the round tins really.

Really pleased - like that you can request a fewer number of tins if you don't need 4. Have used Nowa for +1 year now, always pleased but tablets taste particularly minty and fresh in this order!

I have tried many toothpaste tabs and alternatives from using plastic tubes these are the best by far! Great clean, fresh breath and leave my teeth feeling clean for a long time. Highly recommend!
