It is nice that this floss is not polluting the environment after use. However, the new version is very fragile and I have to replace the string 2-3 times during one flossing session as it simply breaks. Additionally, the floss options are not very clear on the website so I ended up buying 4x floss jars where I actually needed refills (I know, my mistake, but it really isn't easy to notice when in a rush).
A bit disappointed but in the past the products sometimes improved with another batch so, hopefully, the next roll is more robust.

Actual floss is of good quality and I love the concept of reusable glass container but in practice the floss does not unravel when you are trying to pull it through so you have to remove it from the container to get some. This makes it a pain and I don't think I will buy again which is a shame.

I SO wanted to like this product. (I'm a new convert to teeth tablets, and wanted to add this product to my routine too). Again think the packing is awesome, love the tiny reusable glass container with cutter on the top, but have an issue with the floss itself. Mine kept breaking and getting stuck between my teeth. Now my teeth are very close together and other people might be fine, but I cant use this product as it is. I usually use a waxed floss and think this is what's needed, as a different option.
